Service

CallProof ingests voice-agent call reports (Vapi-first today), evaluates them against your rubric, and shows failures with evidence in a multi-tenant dashboard. It is operated byKarim, trading as Engilane under the Engilane brand.

Current scope

CallProof currently accepts Vapi end-of-call reports. The supported plans and prices are listed below. Material changes are recorded on this page.

Plans and limits

• Single agent: 49 EUR per month, up to1 Vapi agent.
• Agency: 149 EUR per month, up to10 agents and team access within one workspace.

Agent limits are enforced when you create agents. Unlicensed early-access workspaces are capped at 1 agent for testing.

Payment

Payment and invoicing run through Gumroad as merchant of record. Gumroad shows the price and any applicable VAT before you pay. Card data stays with Gumroad.

Licence key

After purchase, Gumroad emails a licence key. A workspace owner attaches it under Settings, then Billing. We verify the key with Gumroad and store a hash plus plan metadata. Keep the key confidential; anyone with the key can attach it to a workspace until you rotate through Gumroad support if compromised.

Refunds, chargebacks, subscription cancellation, or payment failure reported by Gumroad cause the next explicit revalidation to fail. We do not terminate access solely because a verification timestamp is stale.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for lawful collection and processing of call data you send to CallProof, including notice and consent requirements for your clients and callers. Do not send secrets, payment card numbers, or health data you are not authorized to process.

Availability

The service is provided as-is. There is no guaranteed uptime SLA, certification, or indemnity. Email delivery can fail even when the underlying evaluation succeeds, so the dashboard remains the primary record.

Changes

Material changes to these terms or pricing will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance for new billing periods.
